About Basketball Club

GLAU BASKETBALL CLUB is one of exaggerated, renowned and dignified sports club of GLA University. This club was established in the year 2014 by some students of first year of session 2014-15, currently Ashish Rai Sir is serving as the coach at Basketball Club. In first year BASKETBALL CLUB was having only 18 - 24 members, somehow in second year this number got an increment of 24-40 players, at present we are a family more than 50 members. It is the sign of Accomplishment of our club. With the support of our Coach sir, University provided us with two Professional BASKETBALL COURTS in the year 2020. Our Club won 1st position in IMS COLLEGE Ghaziabad, won 2nd position in INVERTIS COLLEGE Bareilly, won 2nd position in IIT BHU Varanasi, won 3rd position in BBD Lucknow, won 1st position in AVYUKTA NATIONAL SPORTS FEST IN GLA UNIVERSITY MATHURA, and also won 2nd position in EPS SPRING CLASSIS CENTRAL ZONE in Jaipur and also won 2nd position in iit jodhpur .As being one of the most prestigious club, it is the duty of every member club to make our club one of the most successful sports club of GLA University.
